We got great value for our money at Berties Lodge. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the sea. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early and holding our luggage for us.

The only thing that could have made the food for breakfast better was if there were more options available.

The staff at this place were absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The location of this hotel is also superb - right in the heart of the action, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. And one more thing I really enjoyed was the convenience of having parking available on-site. It made it so much easier for me during my business trip.

While the overall experience was positive, I did notice that the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. There were some marks on the walls and doors, and the floor had a few stains.

The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and kept our luggage safe when we arrived even before the check-in time. the location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city, surrounded by bustling pubs and restaurants. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby which created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

the key card to our room malfunctioned several times, and we had to ask the staff for help on multiple occasions.

The location is another highlight, as it is really close to the beach and right next to everything in the center. Plus, the fact that there is parking not far away is definitely convenient. The staff provided good service and breakfast was included in the stay, making it even more satisfying.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling high street and within walking distance to everything. The room I stayed in had a fine view of the sea, a good surprise. The beds were comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot, and the toilet and sink worked perfectly. I also enjoyed dancing the night away in the lively Iris pub next door. it was a great value for money, and I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend with my friends.
